Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your merchandise within 35 days of the sales receipt date with the proof of purchase for a full refund (shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the event that Scrubby's should ship you the wrong items). The following terms apply:

 

All credit claims (short shipments, etc.) must be reported to our Customer Service Department within 48 hours to receive credit. No product returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA#). When requesting authorization for return of a product, please provide:

 

1. Order Number
2. Date of Order
3. Credit Card Number
4. Reason for Return

 

Our RA number will be issued and a copy faxed or e-mailed to you. Do not write on the outside of the manufacturer's box. All returns are to be sent freight prepaid. A restocking charge of 20% applies to all products returned that are not defective. All returned products must be in original packaging and in a resaleable condition. If the product is stated to be defective, a copy must accompany products showing the type of defect.

You must call or e-mail first for an RA # before sending any product back to us.
